Shipping

Every SHUO Jewelry piece is carefully handmade to order in Los Angeles. Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped with care to your chosen destination.

For domestic orders within the U.S., we ship via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. USPS includes insurance up to $100 by default. For higher-value pieces, optional full-value insurance is available at checkout. While not required, we recommend this extra coverage for added peace of mind, especially for one-of-a-kind items.

For international orders, we also ship via USPS and its trusted global partners. Tracking services vary by country, and transit times may be affected by customs clearance. We accurately declare the materials and value of each piece as required by law. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check local regulations regarding the import of fine jewelry, precious metals, or gemstones if you're unsure.

SHUO Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit unless shipping insurance has been purchased. If you opt for insurance and need assistance with a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches or made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for a refund to the original payment method.
All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit is issued via one-time discount codes or digital gift cards, depending on your order and platform settings.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • To simplify the return process, we are happy to provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit once the item is received and inspected.

  • Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom pieces and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Please email us at contact@shuo-jewelry.com with the tracking number once the return is on its way.

  • If your item arrives damaged or you believe there’s a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos or videos showing the issue, along with a brief description.

  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged—we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once it’s received.
